Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use the court that owns the case. Adams County has no public statewide trial-court docket portal; its court-specific CaseLook routes are the online starting point and the relevant counter is the confirmation path.
- Common Pleas legal records, felony cases, major civil cases, or certified copies: use the appropriate CaseLook route, then contact the Adams County Clerk of Courts in Room 207.
- County Court traffic, misdemeanor, small-claims, eviction, or local civil records: use the County Court route and contact the Room 25 clerk.
- Probate records: use the Probate CaseLook route or contact the Room 221 Probate counter.
- Juvenile matters: contact the Room 221 Juvenile counter about authorized access, because specific juvenile case information is confidential.
- A current Common Pleas motion setting: identify the case first, then contact the Assignment Commissioner at 937-544-8719 or court administration at 937-544-8774.
